ZEUS has always been committed to producing yeast for breadmaking following the highest quality and safety standards. We operate on the market at all times with respect and
collaboration.

Our standard is the customer’s satisfaction and the well-being of the consumer.

FSSC 22000 – version 5
FSSC 22000 – version 5 certification is proof of the respect of an excellent standard of quality, applied voluntarily by companies in the food industry.
This important certification considers existing Italian and foreign food safety standards, risk assessment, and critical control (HACCP).

The standard was drafted by a pool of experts from over 20 countries and representatives of international organisations such as the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the EU Confederation of Agro-Food Industries.
